ILLIANA VERONA It was dark out when Illiana decided to go out on a nighttime stroll. It probably wasn't the smartest thing to go wandering into the woods. She had been restless all night, something was bothering her. Illiana sighed, her breath forming frost. It was just a bit cold, she looked behind her at the long trail. She must have traveled a good few miles in. A sudden chill swept over her, she looked around, her eyes scanning, not quite afraid yet. She easily let the wind do a bit of searching, listening for anything odd, nothing. She felt earth below her, ready to do her bidding. Fire was also present, putting slight heat on her so she wasn't too cold. The water molecules in the air was plentiful , if called water would come.
Illiana felt a bit safer knowing the elements were still present. She peered up at the sky, sadly the trees covered the stars. Illiana had loved the stars when she was younger and still did. She was big on astrology and astronomy- perhaps she would study it later in her life. She took a step back from a tree where she swore she saw something, perhaps she was being paranoid- but she shouldn't have come out here. There could be a Darklighter, or a Demon something. There was definitely something out there and Illiana didn't really want to find out.
Illiana shifted into a crow, and circled high above. She looked around. Sure enough there was something there. It was looking for her. Illiana was scared. She landed a mile away, shifting into a cat. It was a good thing whatever this was didn't know she was a shifter. She ran around once, getting used to the new shape and used her nose to scout out the... abnormal being. Her nose hit something and Illiana was on her way. I have to at least see what it is, she told herself.
There. Just ahead, Illiana in cat form stared with her amber eyes, her fur was black, she had checked. She blended easily into the night. Perhaps an owl would be better, she thought to herself, but stayed a cat. She crept up quietly, sliding her paws on the moss. A Darklighter. Illiana hissed at herself. She shifted into an owl and perched herself above to watch. She didn't know how to intervene. She shifted back to human, her blond hair reflective. The Darklighter was doing something, her ears picked up, assassination. She gritted her teeth. She new nothing on how to defeat a Darklighter- or rather her mind froze. She shifted back to an owl. Her thoughts racing. She knew as a human, he would hear her thoughts- as a bird, perhaps not. Illiana sat there, trying to come up with a plan. I need his arrow... Too bad he doesn't have it otherwise I could use my Telekinesis

It was a dark evening in the city of San Francisco and Henry Jr. was on the hunt. He was doing what he did best. Protected the member of the community of the city. He loved to go on a little hunt in order to work things out. Get by the stress in his life and try and take care of everything in his mind. The way that he worked it all out in his life.
He loved a nice little hunt and wanted one. He just did not want a regular old hunt either, he wanted to have a challenge. A regular old low level demon, upper level would be a real mess. After all upper level took magic even he did not have. He knew he was powerful but even the most powerful single witch in the world to have ever existed, his cousin Wyatt had a power of three.
So he sensed, one thing being so close to a whitelighter like he was he could actually sense the darklighters. They could end up being tough but kill able and he was ready for it.
He was in his apartment and he assessed himself and then orbed. He orbed like his mother did. His body would be surrounded in orbs and broke apart leaving the room in a human silhouette.
A minute later his human silhouette appeared in the woods and his body came together as the orbs dispersed. He looked around. He saw a bird. He did not think to much of it really. His empath and telepath powers were meant for humanity. Though he did sense another good soul around. But that was not his worry.
He looked at the darklighter and smirked slightly just knowing that he would draw out the darklighter arrow for he would sense a whitelighter, the natural target of a darklighter. Though he was not going to stand there and be a walking target. He was going to draw him out. He raised a hand and sent the darklighter flying back into a tree. He smiled expectantly at the evil beast.

Illiana sense another or rather saw the white orbs. Thank the gods, and elders she thought to herself. Saved, some whitelighter was here to help and protect. She saw the Darklighter Draw his crossbow, she didn't know what to do. She willed the bow to move. It did, flying across the clearing.
Oh. no. what do I do now? Illiana took flight her eyes were wide- truly round as marbles as she flew over head. She wondered who was there, she circled down. She shifted into a human again, her blond hair glistening in the moonlight. She felt the elements respond to her emotions. I hope i don't cause a wind storm or... rain or a forest fire. That, would be disastrous. Illiana was standing only a few yards away from the other that had arrived from what she thought was orbing.
She muttered, "Hello?" Praying that the darklighter wouldn't hear her. She looked around rather nervously. There was no way she should have came to human form. Her thoughts were racing, Dang, I never should have gone into the woods- or even investigated for that matter. No, the lives at stake. She ended that thought there. Was there anything else to do? or say? She didn't see the enemy anywhere. Then again, he could just orb back into the picture.
She shuddered, waiting, watching and hoping today wasn't the day she er.. died. Her senses were heightened after being an owl, and heat was already in her palms. She could feel fire, and she could throw it.

He watched the darklighter get up and conjure up a cross bow and before the man could actually shoot it he saw it fly out of the darklighters hands. He looked slightly surprised at this change in events. He had not sensed a witch around him. He looked at the darklighter who was a bit surprised as well. He knew he would have waited for the arrow to have shot then redirected it. Which was easy all he had to do was call it and send it straight into the darklighters body.
Before the darklighter could do anything he raised his hands and pointed the orbs appeared around the mans body and exploded. It was not enough to kill this darklighter but enough for a major hurt. Then the darklighter orbed away.
He was then surprised to see a woman shapeshift from a bird. He looked at her. She was very beautiful. He was kind of impressed with shapeshifting. He looked at her though. He felt the nervous feelings, he heard her internal fight with herself.
She muttered hello and he glanced around. He could see the fire in her hands. He could immediately tell that she was a shapeshifting pyro witch. At least at the moment. He did not know all her powers. He watched trying to sense the darklighter. Though he could not sense it right then. Maybe it was cloaking itself but he could not sense him.
Hello, are you ok

Illiana tensed, the darklighter re-appeared in the shadows. She could be sure that the other who appeared to be a whitelighter or... something, couldn't see the Dark one appear. She knew however that he would sense him. Heat flared in Illiana's hands, she knew it wasn't... damaging. It was a pity that she couldn't really damage, on the other had she could do enough damage.
Illiana was feeling a bit jumpy, she noted the other male seemed well, to he slightly surprised to see her there. Well... now what? I could have the earth... no. she didn't want to do that. Besides earth couldn't hold a Darklighter especially when they could orb.
She nodded once, not saying anything, her attention on the Darklighter who had disappeared again. The nod was for, yes I'm fine. "Hello." She responded her tone was quiet. She had decided to speak a word. She was shy around other people and tended to stutter a bit. She was nervous for the Darklighter and this new person.
Illiana gazed into the darkness looking, she extended her heightened animal senses, waiting. Listening. She had nothing to say, only watch her own back and the others. Just another to protect, she thought to herself. words: 231 muse: not good. no, terrible. >.<
